How to Setup Your SunSail Shade

Setting up your SunSail is as simple as 1,2,3!

  1. Screw Anchors to Ground

    Drive both anchor screws into the ground, six steps apart and at a right angle to the wind. The deeper, the better!
    Angle the screws ever so slightly forward into the oncoming wind

  2. Connect Pole Pieces & Sail

    Connect the pole pieces and thread through the leading edge of the sail.

  3. Enjoy the Shade

    Insert ends of pole into the bottom of your anchor screws... and sit back and relax!

Tweaks

Overall we were very happy with our sunsail performance at the beach. We did however have an issue with the sail sliding over to one side of the pole depending on the wind. I’m sure a clip or rubber band would have helped but we didn’t have one with us. Maybe consider a mechanism for the sail to attach snuggly to the pole at either end to prevent this. Also I worried I might snap the anchors with extremes of force needed to get it into some types of sand. Is there a warranty or replacement policy?
